Just when it looked as if Ten Hag would be given the boot, the former Ajax manager will stay on at United and is reportedly set for contract extension talks, with his current deal expiring in 2025. United reportedly considered replacing Ten Hag with former Chelsea managers Thomas Tuchel and Mauricio Pochettino, Brentford boss Thomas Frank, and ex-Brighton head coach Roberto De Zerbi before sticking with the Dutchman.
